Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As a Consultant at Auxama, you’ll help organizations turn strategy into execution.

You’ll work across strategy, technology, operations, AI, and organizational capabilities to understand how businesses work today, identify where they need to improve, and help design the systems required to perform and grow.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems but also wants to see ideas move beyond presentations and into practical implementation.

What you’ll do

You’ll work with client teams to understand business objectives, processes, systems, and organizational challenges.

You’ll research problems, analyze information, map workflows, develop recommendations, and help build practical transformation plans. You’ll also support implementation by coordinating actions, documenting decisions, tracking progress, and helping teams stay aligned around measurable outcomes.

Depending on the engagement, you may work alongside technology and specialist delivery partners to help translate business requirements into working systems.

Who you are

You are curious, structured, and comfortable working through problems that do not have obvious answers.

You can take a complex business issue, break it into manageable parts, and communicate what needs to happen next. You care about the details, but you also understand how individual processes and decisions connect to the wider organization.

You’re interested in how strategy, people, processes, technology, and AI come together to change how a business operates.

Most importantly, you want your work to have a practical impact—not simply produce another recommendation that sits on a shelf.
