About the role
As a Strategy & Transformation Intern, you’ll support the teams that help organizations turn strategy into execution. You’ll work across a range of initiatives involving business strategy, technology, operations, AI, and organizational capabilities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how organizations actually change—not just how transformation is discussed in presentations.
What you’ll do
You’ll help research business problems, organize information, document processes, prepare analysis, and support the development of practical recommendations and implementation plans.
You may also contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, technology projects, operating-model work, and the systems we put in place to help organizations execute and improve.
You’ll work alongside consultants, delivery teams, clients, and implementation partners, gaining exposure to different functions and industries while developing practical problem-solving skills.
Who you are
You’re curious, dependable, and comfortable working through ambiguity. You don’t need to know everything on day one—you need to be willing to learn, ask good questions, and follow through.
You can take a messy set of information and turn it into something clear and useful. You care about details, communicate openly, and are willing to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.
