Director, Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As Director of Strategy & Transformation, you will work with business leaders to turn strategic priorities into systems that can be executed, measured, and improved.

You will operate across strategy, technology, operations, and organizational capabilities, helping organizations understand what needs to change, how it should work, and what is required to make the change stick.

This is a senior role for someone who can move comfortably between executive conversations and the practical details of implementation.

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with leadership teams to understand business objectives, identify constraints, and define the systems required to move from strategy to execution.

You’ll help shape operating models, processes, technology requirements, AI opportunities, organizational capabilities, and execution plans. Where specialist delivery is required, you’ll coordinate with trusted technology and implementation partners to turn the defined approach into working systems.

You’ll establish clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and practical governance so transformation initiatives continue to move forward after the initial strategy is defined.

Who you are

You think in systems and understand that sustainable transformation requires more than recommendations.

You are comfortable breaking down complex business problems, connecting strategic objectives to operational realities, and creating practical paths forward. You can work with executives on the big picture while understanding the processes, technologies, people, and decisions that determine whether an initiative succeeds.

You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and take ownership of outcomes rather than simply delivering analysis.
